  • Sauteed Baby Portebellos, Carrots & Onions
  • Boursin Cheese Polenta

 

Friday

  • Dinner out with Renne, Shawn and Zinta - current plan is Backstage in Stratford

 

Saturday

  • Homemade Mac & Cheese
  • Escarole Salad with dried cranberries, feta cheese and Pomegranet-Strawberry Dressing

 

Sunday

  • Roast Beef
  • Roasted Vegetables (Carrots, Parsnips, Potatoes)

 

Monday

  • Vegetable Lasagna - Nutty Bakers
  • Escarole Salad

 

Tuesday 

Lunches - Leftover Roast Beef (probably on a bun with Goat Cheese Chevre)
