This weeks menu is brought to you by jamie Oliver's new book Meals in Minutes (Also called 30 Minute Meals in some palces) which is based on his new show 30 Minute Meals on Food Network. these recipes are all good food, prepared quickly making a well balanced meal. I am excited to try a few out.

The First Menu of 2012 :)

I will be testing out some recipes from my new cookbooks over the coming weeks and months I am sure. I got a bunch of new cooking "tools" that should lead to some interesting stories. I should have a post up soon about making my own pasta from scratch with my new Kitchen-Aid attachments and I will be breaking in my new cast iron pots with some stew and roasts.
This week I started looking through my new Looneyspoons cookbookand used some of the recipes I came across in the first half of the book.

This week I am finding many creative ways to use Tomatos since we are getting lots from our CSA as well as my little tomato plants going insane. So here we go...
