The First Menu of 2012 :)

I will be testing out some recipes from my new cookbooks over the coming weeks and months I am sure. I got a bunch of new cooking "tools" that should lead to some interesting stories. I should have a post up soon about making my own pasta from scratch with my new Kitchen-Aid attachments and I will be breaking in my new cast iron pots with some stew and roasts.
This week I started looking through my new Looneyspoons cookbookand used some of the recipes I came across in the first half of the book.
Tuesday

Wednesday

I am converting this appitzer into a stir-fry, this might be served with rice or possibly noodles depending on my mood

Love Me Tenderloin (made with butterfly chops) - Looneyspoons Collection

Veggies (I shall go adventuring in the freezer)
